The Objective
The objective of this brand refresh is to evolve the DCG Real Estate brand to its next iteration: DCG Strategies. Updated logo, social media banners, PowerPoint templates, and letterhead suite were among the items needing to be refreshed.
This is part of overall objective to move DCG away from being perceived as one of many commercial brokers and establish a stronger brand position as a real estate services and advisory firm with a unique blend of real estate, policy and civic expertise that offers educational, faith, non-profit and public leaders a framework and process that can help identify funding opportunities, align them with your mission and realize new revenue to resource growth and sustainability. 
The Solution
The updated brand will allow DCG to impactfully communicate how its unique expertise and earned reputation as a trusted and ethical community partner can help faith-based organizations, educators and non-profits to leverage their real estate resources as a means of equipping them to better deliver on/realize their mission.
